A reputable Saudi holding group specializing in plant/pipeline construction of oil/gas sector is looking for the following personnel in Saudi Arabia.
1 PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER
2 PROJECT MANAGER
3 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
FOR THE ABOVE THREE POSITIONS, FOLLOWING QUALIFICATION IS MUST
· Minimum 15 – 20 years experience in EPC Projects
· Exclusive Engineering Experience required on Pipelines, Belt conveyor systems, LT & HT Electrical Distribution Systems, knowledge in DCS system, familiar with PCS systems & PLCs, able read P&IDs & Engineering Specifications, involvement with Detailed Engineering Design.
· Should be able to understand day to day Engineering issues & should be able to provide comments on the Engineering issues, follow up on Project Material Procurement issues delays Etc.
· The preference will be given to the candidates who have Oil & Gas projects exposure
4 CONTRACT ADMIN. MANAGER
· Registered Civil Engineer with at least 15 years experience in Construction or Engineering Firm.
· Must be knowledgeable in bidding process and contract procedures.
· Experienced in Planning and Scheduling using Primavera or any management tools / softwares.
· Well conversant in construction contract interpretation, permit applications and costing.
· Knowledge in ERP is an advantage
5 LEAD CIVIL ESTIMATOR, LEAD MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR AND LEAD E&I ESTIMATOR
· Minimum of 7 years of civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, commercial and industrial electrical construction estimating experience.
· Middle East work experience with oil and gas is a definite asset.
· Successful completion of a Bachelors Degree of Civil, Mechanical and Engineering is a must.
· Established industry contacts with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and clients.
· Understand and able to implement relevant labour factors and escalations.
· Be able to interpret drawings from other disciplines including civil, structural, piping and mechanical as they apply to tender packages.
· Ability to identify omissions in drawings and tender documents.
· Offer constructive communications to the team based on expertise in estimating area.
FOR ALL THE POSITIONS THE CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS:
· Excellent written and verbal communication & leadership skills required.
· Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) and Estimating Software is an added advantage.
Location: Dammam/Khobar-Saudi Arabia
