Urgently required following technical personnel having previous experience in “infrastructure projects” preferably with Gulf experience in Doha, Qatar.

 

 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER(251-01):

·         B.E (Civil) withMinimum 15 years experience in construction projects preferably in infrastructure and related facilities.
·         Should be able to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals.
·         Should be able to take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
·         Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
·         Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
·         Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing
·         Select pipe sizes and types and related materials, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications.
·         Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
·         Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
·         Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications
·         Contract administration
 
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR(251-02):
 
·        B.E. (Civil) with minimum3 years experience in the same field and sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
·        Should be able to prepare contracts and subcontracts for clients and subcontractors.
·        Obtain contract approvals from Legal and Insurance to ensure compliance with Company policies and directives from authorities.
·        Arrange meetings and assists in the negotiation of contracts/subcontracts with client subcontractor representatives
·        Prepares requests for and obtains necessary approval for deviations from established company policies and objectives.
·        Advises and coordinates with contracts/subcontracts administration Personnel to provide guidance for compliance with implementation of contract terms and conditions.
 
PLANNING & COST CONTROL ENGINEER (251-03):
 
·        BE (Civil) with 5 years of relevant experience in construction companies with demonstrated skill in performing all levels and types of Planning & cost control.
·        Prepare Contract Program complete with full resource and cost loading.
·        Continuously monitor and update Contract Program.
·        Prepare fortnightly reports of actual progress against planned progress.
·        Prepare and continuously update as built Program including maintaining record of actual resources employed.
·        Identify delays against Contract Program, and advise PM and Lead Construction Manager accordingly.
·        Liaise and assist Lead Construction Manager, Site Engineer, and Site Foreman in the preparation and monitoring of short-term programmers.
·        Identify Program implications associated with Client Variations.
·        Liaise with Quantity Surveyor in respect of monitoring cash flow and preparation and updating of cash flow forecasts.
·        Prepare Reports as per Client requirements. Liaise with PM, Lead Construction Manager, Site Engineer, and Foreman to ensure they are regularly advised of progress against Contract Program requirements.
·        Generating time schedule plan for tender projects.
·        Generating detailed time schedule plan & cash flow for awarded projects.
·        Updating the detailed time schedule plans for awarded projects and marking recovery
 
TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER (251-04):
 
·         BE (Civil) with minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure out of which minimum 3 years experience as Technical Office Engineer.
·         Should be able to Identify, prepare and submit in co-ordination with the Construction Manager all submissions required by the Contact Specifications.
·         Establish an invoicing procedure and supervise its proper application.
·         Prepare the contractual foreseen reports as well as the internal reports as per the company's standing orders.
·         Ensure the availability at all times of a valid pre-measurement of all Works.
·         Ensure proper control of Subcontractors invoices.
·         Ensure the establishment of all necessary procedures, resources, software, control tools relevant to Technical Office task.
 
QA/QC ENGINEER (251-05):
 
·        BE (Civil) with 5-7 years experience in the same field and strong Communication and presentation skills.
·        Should be able to check that assumptions and criteria for the selection of activity data and emission factors are documented.
·        Check for transcription errors in data input and reference.
·        Check that emissions are calculated correctly.
·        Check that parameter and emission units are correctly recorded and that appropriate conversion factors are used.
·        Check the integrity of database files.
·        Check for consistency in data between source categories.
·        Check that the movement of inventory data among processing steps is correct.
·        Check that uncertainties in emissions and removals are estimated or calculated correctly.
·        Undertake review of internal documentation.
·        Check methodological and data changes resulting in recalculations.
·        Undertake completeness checks.
·        Compare estimates to previous estimates.
 
HSE ENGINEER (251-06):
 
·        Diploma holder with minimum 5-7 years of experience in the related field
 
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (251-07):
 
·        BE (Civil) with 3 -5 years of experience in related area and Demonstrated skill in performing all levels and types of Quantities Serving.
·        Establish cost control methods with the Project Manager.
·        Liaise with the clients QS representative, prepare and agree value variations.
·        Ensure that the preparation of valuation and issue of interim certificates enable punctual payment.
·         Ensure that subcontract orders are placed in accordance with the requirements of the procurement schedule.
·        Monitor and update contract turnover and cash flow forecasts as required.
·        Ensure that subcontract orders are placed in accordance with requirements of the procurement.
·        Cross-check material deliveries against site measurements.
·        Performs other related duties as assigned.
 
SURVEYING ENGINEER (251-08):
 
·         Graduate engineer or other related area with minimum 5 years experience in the same field and should be able to use Auto cad programs or similar to transfer data raised by surveying instruments to drawings.
·         Ability to work on various kinds of total station
·         Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
·         Search legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
·         Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
·         Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
·         Surveying works by using (level, theodolite, total station)
 
SITE ENGINEER (251-09):
 
·         BE (Civil) with Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
·         Should be able to Study specifications to plan procedures for project on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of the project.
·         Coordinate with Subcontractors, Surveyors, and Material Engineer etc. for timely execution of work.
·         Direct foreman and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interprets job specifications, and coordinates various phases of construction to avoid delays.
·         Coordinates with Human Resources Manager to resolve complaints and grievances within the work force.
·         Coordinates with Construction Manager, foreman and inspectors to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.
·         Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the project schedule.
·         Prepares project progress reports to include materials used and costs, adjusts work schedule as indicated by reports after consultation with Construction Manager.
·         Performs other related duties as assigned.
·         Aware with formwork systems used for construction work
 
PROCUREMENT ENGINEER (251-10):
 
·        BE (Civil) with 7 years of experience in related area.
·        Technical study for all projects packages received from Estimation Department in the tender stage.
·        Technical & Financial study for the offers received from Suppliers & Sub-contractors.
·        Contact & negotiate with the Suppliers & Sub-contractors to get their best offers for projects items.
·        Revising Comparison & Compliance Sheets for all projects packages in tender stage.
·        Preparing PAF's, Final comparison sheets for the successful Supplier / Sub-contractor within project Budget and comply with project requirements.
·        Estimation of water supply pipelines tenders, including the supply & installation of pipelines and all related civil woks
·        Preparing of the technical offer for international tenders
·        Preparing monthly progress payments to the Client & sub-contractors
 
LAND SURVEYOR (251-11):
 
·         Diploma holder with Minimum 3 years experience in the same field.
·         Using Auto cad programs or similar to transfer data raised by surveying instruments to drawings is preferable.
·         Ability to work on various kinds of total station.
·         Should be able to research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.
·         Develops new data form photogrammetric records.
·         Determines methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control.
·         Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
·         Coordinates findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with project.
·         Assumes legal responsibility for work
·         Performs other related duties as assigned.
·         Surveying works by using (level, theodolite, total station)
 
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (251-12):
 
·        BE (Electrical) with 5-7 years experience in the same field and strong Communication and presentation skills.
