Urgently required the following technical personnel for an Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication & Mechanical Instrumentation Company in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
Construction Site Manager: B. Sc in Electrical Engineering, M. Sc. + MBA with 10-15 years professional working/ industry experience with Qualification in Project management/equivalent
Project Manager: B. Sc in Electrical Engineering, M. Sc. + MBA with 10-15 years professional working/ industry experience with Qualification in Project management/equivalent, Should be Member/Fellow of Engineering Association
Chief Technical Officer (CTO): B. Sc in Electrical Engineering, M. Sc. + MBA with 12-15 years professional working/ industry experience with Qualification in Project management/equivalent. Should be Member/Fellow of Engineering Association
FOR ALL THE ABOVE POSITIONS, THE CONSULTANT SHOULD HAVE
· Computer Literacy
· Good knowledge of over-all management projects and administration.
· Good project management skill
· Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
· Good Leadership quality and management style
· Proven track record of good project performance.
· Excellent negotiating skill and personality.
· Good operational planning and execution strategy to avoid cost over-run and time-over-run.
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
